Geneva's Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has added a second ship to its Hong Kong-Haiphong Tongking feeder service to Ho Chi Minh City, reports Alphaliner.
The service linking Hong Kong to the carrier's Far East to North America and west coast of South America services, deploys two chartered 1,850-TEU ships, the Saylemoon Rickmers and the Nina Rickmers.
It said the vessels call at the Saigon Premier Container Terminal and at the Cai Lan facility to cover the Haiphong area in North Vietnam. The feeder loop also stops at the Chinese port of Shantou.
